A robust 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Mourvèdre red wine blend with a dark cherry, garrigue herbs aromas smoky on the nose. Dry and full-bodied with ripe raspberry, blueberry, dried wild herbs and spicy flavours on the palate. Tannins are velvety. Enjoy now and for the next three years.

Reviews and Ratings

Château D'anglès Classique La Clape 2017 is produced by the Famille E. Fabre and former winemaker at Château Lafite-Rothschild. A classic South of France, full-bodied and rich red wine blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre and very inviting with warm, dark and red berry aromas married with fragrant wild herbs. Supple on the palate with ripe blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry, mint, rosemary and finishing spicy on the palate. Nicely done... and all for under $20. Enjoy now and for the next five years. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
