A gorgeous French dessert wine made from botrytized Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes (affected by noble rot). Pair with foie gras or fruit-based desserts.

The 2010 vintage was spectacular for Bordeaux as well as for Chateau Coutet. There was 154 grams of residual sugar in the wine for a concentrated richness, yet that was balanced by superb acidity and freshness for a dessert wine. A long, lingering finish. - Community Wine Reviews
