Love the rustic, cedar brush savoury goodness here! This robust Bordeaux has leanings toward Rhone Valley richness. It's an exceptional value for Crus Bourgeois from the spectacular 2010 vintage. Decant 1-2 hours. Pair with prime rib.

This robust red wine is produced by Vialard, Proprietor. According to legend, the magnificent 18th century charterhouse that is Chateau Cissan today was built on the remains of a Roman villa. Today the vineyards are managed by Marie Vialard, a direct descendent of Jacques Mondon who bought the estate in 1895. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) is blended with Merlot (20%) and Petit Verdot (5%). - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
