A delicious and robust Bordeaux red wine blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot grapes. Aromas of fleshy ripe black plums and dark berries with toasty oak. The grapes are sourced from a tiny 10-acre vineyard planted in 1981 just 15 kilometres from the city of Bordeaux. The wine was aged for 18 mnths in small French oak barrels. Pair with grilled meats.

Food pairings: roast of venison, grilled lamb chops, game burgers, grilled game sausages.
