Chamisal 2021 Pinot Noir is produced from sustainably grown grapes from the coastal wine region of San Luis Obispo County, Central Coast, California. The Pacific Ocean's fogs and breezes allow for long, cool growing seasons which allows the grapes and wine to maintain fresh flavours and vibrant, energetic acidity. Look for bright black cherry, ripe raspberry, dried fine herbs, subtle cinnamon and clove spice on this fresh PN with supple tannins.

Pinot Noir food pairings: roast chicken, duck confit, pork tenderloin.
