Full-bodied and lush, this Shiraz is savoury and oh so satisfying. Bright cherry, dark berry, minty, white pepper and savoury spice flavours supply and smooth on the palate. Great balance with even riper tannins. Enjoy now and for the next 20 years. Pair with a prime rib roast.

Shiraz food pairings: meat-lover's pizza, prime rib roast, grilled lamb chops.

From the Adelaide Hills, Chain of Ponds The Ledge 2016 Shiraz is produced from a single vineyard, rich with flavours of dark cherry, raspberry, pepper and toasty oak spice flavours with a smooth and lingering finish on the palate. Good acidity for food. Pair it with a grilled New York striploin steak. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
