Reviews and Ratings

Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Vinified with specially selected, hand-harvested and pressed 100% Riesling grapes from Niagara’s Lincoln Lakeshore at temperatures below -10ºC. Deep golden in colour with aromas and flavours of stewed orchard fruits, raisins and lemon drops with perfectly balanced acidity. Closes in a long, silky, tangerine-tinged finish. Perfectly matches with aged Stilton and foîe gras.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Citrus, apricot, canned peaches, caramel, toffee, toast over a palate cleansing acidity. Rich and smooth texture. Pure indulgence. Serve slightly chilled. Salty cheeses and dried fruit platter.
Tasted: November 22 2014
A yellow-gold hue with tints of straw in colour. Notes of honeyed apple, baked pear and peach crumble in this Ontario dessert wine. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
