From the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Cave Spring Estate Cave Spring Vineyard 2018 Chardonnay is a lush and creamy, full-bodied Chardonnay sourced from vines over 30 years of age. Love the ripe pear, apple, peach, citrus zest and anise flavours that linger on this wine finishing with a kiss of smoky vanilla. Nicely done and great value under $20.

Estate Chardonnay food pairings: roast chicken, lobster in butter, corn dishes, pork, fried chicken, almonds, brie, camembert.
