Sauternes food pairings: blue-veined cheeses, foie gras, apricot cheese cake.

Castelnau De Suduiraut 2011 (375 ml) Sauternes is just enough to enjoy as a dessert treat after the dinner party. Lovely with a fresh fruit cup, this dessert wine is rich with ripe apricot, rich honey and floral flavours from being botrytis affected. Great balance of sweetness to acidity. Not cloying at all. - Community Wine Reviews
