A full-bodied red wine is made 100% from the Sangiovese grape and matured in new French oak barrels. Lovely rose petal florals aromas on the nose, full-bodied with bright red cherry, raspberry, dried herb and spicy flavours on he palate. Pair with your favourite meaty, lasagne dish.

Chianti Classico food pairings: spaghetti and meatballs, vegetarian lasagne, meat lover's pizza.

From the Tuscany wine region, Castello di Bossi Berardo 2015 is an earthy, full-bodied Chianti Classico matured in new French oak barrels. Love the fragrant wild herb and lavender aromas on the nose, dry, juicy and vibrant with bright cherry, wild herb and smoky flavours on the palate with fine dusty tannins. Enjoy with a meaty lasagne dish. - Community Wine Reviews
