Half bottle format of this wine (375 ml) and a perfect starter to share with your dining companion. Ripe berry, earthy nose with ripe cherry, dried herbs and sweet dried tobacco leaf aromas. Dry, full-bodied, elegant and smoky on the palate with more ripe berries, earthly florals and black truffle flavours.

Brunello di Montalcino food pairings: pasta in meat sauce, spicy sausages, grilled meats, game.

Reviews and Ratings

From Frescobaldi, Castelgiocondo 2013 Brunello Di Montalcino 375 ml is the perfect size to enjoy a glass (or two) alone or with a dining companion. A lovely full-bodied smoky and savory red with ripe red cherry, cake spice and cracked pepper flavours on the palate. Great acidity for food. Pair with a veal Porterhouse. - Community Wine Reviews
