Casa Dea 2021 is a beautiful, juicy and dry Melon de Bourgogne from Prince Edward County wine region in Ontario. Look for fresh green apple, mineral, melon and yellow plum aromas and flavours with a zesty soft citrus and key lime finish long and elegant on the palate. Absolutely delish. Chill and enjoy it with fresh shucked oysters. Drink or hold.

Melon De Bourgogne food pairings: roast chicken, oysters on the half-shell, pan-fried lemon sole.
