Contessa Giovanni Manci's Pinot Grigio from Trentino is a crisp, medium-bodied white wine offering notes of white peach, pear, orange blossom and wet stone. This dry wine displays bright acidity and excellent concentration that make it particularly food-friendly. Serve it well chilled with grilled calamari with lemon as the wine's freshness complements the tender seafood, or pair it with spring vegetable risotto where the wine's acidity balances the creamy rice. Winemaker Alessandro Manci crafts this layered Pinot Grigio from mountain vineyards in Trentino, where Alpine influences and limestone soils create wines with more depth and complexity than typical examples from warmer regions. The estate has been family-owned for generations and maintains traditional winemaking practices while bringing modern precision to their production. This attractive Pinot Grigio represents excellent quality and will drink beautifully through 2027 while its youthful freshness is at its peak.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: ceviche, salads, vegetable risotto, pasta Primavera.
