Ca N'Estruc farms organically in Catalunya, blending local white grapes into something with real texture and depth. Golden apple and toasted almond come through first, a saline edge right after. Rich and layered, carrying through to an elegant, lasting finish. Bring on seafood paella or grilled octopus.
