Brilla Pinot Grigio Veneto D.O.C. is a light, dry white from the Veneto region of northeastern Italy, made by Casa Vinicola Botter and fermented in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, floral character. It opens with notions of white peach, pear, and a mineral thread, with a lovely, silky texture on the palate and an impressive finish for this style. Serve it well chilled and drink it through 2027. The wine comes in Brilla's signature bottle, deeply embossed and striking on the shelf, which has become one of the brand's calling cards. Casa Vinicola Botter was founded by Carlo and Maria Botter in 1928 near Venice, starting out selling local wines by the barrel to Venetian taverns. Now in its fourth generation, the Botter family ships wine to over 40 countries and is one of Italy's largest wine exporters.
