Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This 100% Dolcetto landed well with me. Matured in oak but not oak overwhelmed. Revealed beautiful aromas and flavours with delicious dark fruit up front and subtle savoury spices plus a distinctive, pleasing clay pot character. Medium+ body, supple tannins, satisfying moderate touch acidity. I uncorked it this year - and was happy with the result - but I could have let this one mature longer. Envision this red with meat sauces and with truffle oil from the Dogliani region. Enjoy.
