Boll & Cie Grand Cru 2010 Vintage Champagne is playful, bright and toasty on the nose with ripe apple, baked pie crust, nutty and zesty citrusy flavours full and rich on a fine and persistent mousse. This Blanc de Blancs is poised and refined with beautifully balanced acidity. The Chardonnay grapes for the cuvée were sourced from two Grand Cru villages of Oger and Le Mesnil sur Oger.

Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne food pairings: fish and chips, chips and dip, salads, brunch dishes.
