A complex, deeply flavoured BC red wine blend of 70% Merlot and 30 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for the 2016 vintage. This reserve wine is the winery's signature, flagship wine and was featured in John Schreiner's book Icon: The Best Wines from BC's Flagship Wineries. Aromas of black fruit, toasty oak and smoke.The wine was bottled unfiltered after aging 21 months in oak barrels. Pair with grilled meats.

Food pairings: Steaks from the grill, sausages, seared duck.
