From the Franschhoek wine region in South Africa, Black Elephant Cap Classique Brut is a dry, medium-bodied and elegant bubble crafted from 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir and the wine spent 36 months on its lees giving it more structure, finesse and freshness. Citrus zesty with fresh red apple, bright red berry, strawberry, honey and toasty flavours on a vibrant and creamy mouse with a clean, minerally finish, at 12% abv it is very easy to love as well. Very nicely done! Chill and enjoy it with fried chicken.
