From the Veneto wine region, Bertani Catullo 2017 Valpolicella Ripasso Classico is a rich and generous traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella wine grapes. Deep ruby in the glass with good depth on the palate and layers of ripe, fresh blackberry, dark cherry, savoury herb with a touch of spice smooth on the palate with a minty fresh finish. Enjoy with slow-braised beef short ribs.

Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore food pairings: meat-lover's pizza, ribs, rich tomato sauce and meat pasta.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
