Vintages Wine Panel: Don’t be intimidated by the name. This off-dry Riesling is very approachable, with enticing flavors of sweet citrus and peach cobbler, and an underlying seam of minerality which, along with acidity, nicely balances the sweetness. Even if you can’t remember the full moniker, you’re sure to remember the taste! My note: Lovely notes of candied lemons, honeysuckle, ripe green apples and stone fruit. Incredible flavor for a light-bodied wine. Perfect as an aperitif or with a variety of dishes.

Riesling Kabinett food pairings: sashimi, sushi, lemon-mint risotto, crab salad, smoked fish.
