Beringer 2020 Chardonnay is produced from grapes sourced from Gamble Ranch in Oakville. Grapes were harvested at their optimum ripeness and barrel fermented giving the wine a lovely rounded mouthfeel. Fragrant with tropical fruits; dry, full-bodied, fresh and plushy on the palate with mango, guava, lemon custard and buttery flavours. Aged in French oak barrels (80% new).

Chardonnay food pairings: roast duck, rabbit fricassee, turkey burgers.
