Benjamin Bridge, Tidal Bay 2022 is an off-dry blend of L'Acadie Blanc, Seyval, Riesling and Geisenheim grapes brilliant on the palate. The wine was fermented with wild indigenous yeasts and is a great example of Nova Scotia's first appellation wine. Vibrant with lemon zest, fresh melon, honeyed orchard fruit with a lip-smacking finish on a briny mineral note. So good with seafood and shellfish dishes, chill and enjoy it with freshly steamed lobster meat in drawn lemon butter.

White food pairings: curried shrimp, spicy Asian Fusion dishes, Tempura vegetables, sweet chilli grilled vegetables.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
