This Nova Scotian fizz greets you with wildflower perfume, juicy mango and crisp green-apple hues, all woven into fine, refreshing bubbles. Its bright acidity and off-dry edge make it irresistibly quaffable. A subtle herbal note lingers on the soft finish, adding intrigue. Pair with prosciutto-wrapped melon or coconut-lime shrimp skewers.

Sparkling food pairings: seafood tapas, steamed shellfish, grilled seafood.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
