A floral and pretty sparkling wine made in the Charmat or tank method. Old gold in the glass, fragrant with white florals, orange blossoms and medium-bodied, off-dry zesty with a soft mousse of soft orange citrus, ripe peaches and strawberry flavours. Nova 7 is produced in the wild ferment style, with a light hand from winemaker and is an impressive Muscat, Ortega, Seyval Blanc, l'Acadie, Vidal, Riesling and Chardonnay white wine bubble.

Sparkling food pairings: seafood tapas, steamed shellfish, grilled seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Produced in the Charmat method, Benjamin Bridge Nova 7 (2017) is a cool-climate, medium-sweet, crisp sparkler from Nova Scotia fragrant with strawberry, honeysuckle and peach aromas, soft orange, apricot, white florals and tropical fruit notes on the palate all wrapped up in a crisp, gentle mousse with a clean mineral finish. The cuvee blend is Muscat, plus Ortega, serval blanc, l'acadie and Vidal, Riesling. Enjoy chilled and on its own or with smoked fish, sushi and sashimi. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
