Bellermann Brut Prestige from Champagne is a lively, medium-bodied sparkling wine offering aromas of crisp green apple, fresh brioche, and delicate white flowers. It's dry with fine, persistent bubbles and refreshing acidity. This sparkling wine is made using Méthode Traditionnelle or the traditional method of the second fermentation in the bottle, just as they do in the Champagne region. Serve it well chilled with oysters on the half shell as the wine's bright minerality and creamy mousse will complement the briny sweetness beautifully, or pair it with seared scallops where the wine's elegant texture and citrus notes will enhance the dish's delicate flavors perfectly. Produced by Maison Lheureux under the direction of Georges Lheureux and his brother, this cuvée blends over 20 different crus and includes 35% specially selected reserve wines to ensure consistency and complexity. The Bellermann label honors Ferdinand Konrad Bellermann, the 19th-century German painter and naturalist renowned for his detailed botanical landscapes of Venezuela. Enjoy now or cellar for 3-5 years.

Champagne food pairings: oysters on the half shell, seared scallops, smoked salmon canapés.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
