A Picpoul Pinet from the Midi wine region in France and is a grape varietal as well as appellation. Vibrant acidity on this wine which comes natural to the grape. Fresh apple, lemon juice, light herbs and a light salty finish on the palate. Perfect for raw oysters on the half-shell or grilled shellfish. Chill and enjoy now.

Picpoul De Pinet food pairings: wiener schnitzel and potato salad, pan-fried freshwater fish, oyster hotpot.

Reviews and Ratings

Beauvignac 2018 is a Picpoul de Pinet from Les Costieres de Pomerols and is simply great value under $15. Floral with light green herbs on the nose with fresh apple, honeyed pear, white grapefruit and lime zest flavours on the palate. Smooth, refreshing on the palate. Chill and pair this lovely medium-bodied 'lip stinger' with calamari or fish tacos. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
