Avalon 2016 is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from the Lodi wine region with some Zinfandel and Petite Sirah splashed into it. Ripe plums, blue florals, toasty oak and smoke can be found on the nose, with a palate full of vibrant plum, blueberry, red currant flavours finishing with sweet spice and mocha notes. Pair with grilled meats.
