Artisan's Our Story Sparkling On from Niagara Peninsula is a lively, light to medium-bodied sparkling wine blending Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Chardonnay and Gamay Noir with notes of white peach, lychee, citrus blossom and red berry. This off-dry sparkler displays vibrant effervescence and versatile fruit character that make it wonderfully food-friendly. Serve it well chilled with spicy Thai spring rolls as the wine's slight sweetness balances the heat, or pair it with smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels where the wine's bright acidity cuts through the richness. Winemaker Christine Leroux crafts this unique blend using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation occurs in pressurized tanks rather than individual bottles, preserving the wine's fresh, fruity profile at an accessible price. This intriguing five-grape blend makes for a great conversation starter at any gathering, showcasing the diversity and creativity of Ontario winemaking. This refreshing sparkler represents excellent value and will drink beautifully through 2028.

White food pairings: grilled seafood dishes, crudité platter, chips and dip.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
