This elegant sparkling wine from Champagne comes in lacquered bottle and gift box -- very blingy package that would make Jay-Z forget the spat with Beyonce's sister Solange. A superb Champagne that's crisp, toasty and robust. Good acidity for shellfish. Pricey yes, but they're throwing in the gold for free ;)

Champagne food pairings: lightly spiced curry dishes, lamb stew, white turkey meat, tacos.

This Champagne is known as Ace of Spades and it got its moment on the international stage at the London 2012 Olympics when the Gold Medal-winning athlete Usain Bolt celebrated his win in the sprint competition with it. Makes a great gift for millionaires and venture capitalists. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
