Dark cherry and cedar smoke on the nose of this fairly robust Oregonian Pinot Noir. Lots of mouth-watering acidity. Pair with seared salmon.

Pinot Noir food pairings: veal medallions, roasted pork loin, prime rib, coq au vin, grilled tuna with a pepper crust.

Reviews and Ratings

Argyle Artisan Series Reserve 2014 is a robust Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley, Oregon. Beautifully balanced and flavoursome with dark cherry, raspberry, cedar spice and smoke, matched by an amazing acidity. This is a very elegant, and zesty Pinot Noir. Pair with planked salmon, pork tenderloin or roast duck. Drink now and for the next five years. - Community Wine Reviews
