Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A pleasant everyday sparkling rosé, created using méthode traditionnelle – the winemaking method used to create Champagne. A blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac, and Pinot Noir, it’s light salmon colour, with soft, mousy and lively bubbles. On the nose, notes of lime, pear, raspberry, white flowers, and orange zest. An appealing wine with great freshness, it works with a variety of dishes, from seafood to fish tartar and fresh salads, as well as spicy cuisines. Paired up with a hot dish, the wine’s fruitiness will help douse the flames. It’s a great drink for hot summer days for a fraction of a price of a Champagne. Excellent value for money.
Antech Émotion 2015 is a great value Crémant De Limoux rosé from the Languedoc wine region. The crémant is made in the traditional method at a fraction of the price of Champagne. The first bubbles made in Limoux were produced in 1544. This sparkler is a blend of 66% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Mauzac and 4% Pinot Noir. Great as an aperitif. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
