This Spanish white wine AA Privat is floral with lots of acidity. This organic Spanish white wine offers a lot of refreshment for the price point. Lemon and lime zest: clean, unoaked. Mouth-watering.

Pansa Blanca food pairings: crab cakes, salmon potato cakes, grilled seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Greg Hughes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Wine geeks should be on the prowl for this one. Pansa Blanca is a synonym for Xarello, an important grape in Spanish sparkling Cava. This is a single varietal Pansa that is also organic.
Wonderful lemon colouration, with green hues.
Lots of citrus on the aromas. Look for grapefruit, citrus peel, lemon, lime, pineapple juice, and guava.
Crunchy green fruit; starfuit, pear, lime, and pineapple. There is a touch of exotic spice too.
Pair this wine with paella or fresh crab. Don't keep to long. Part of this wine's charm is its vitality.
Alta Alella (2016) is an organic Spanish white wine with zesty lemon and lime flavours on the palate. Incredible acidity on this Pansa Blanca white (Xarello wine grapes native to Spain). - Community Wine Reviews
