Surprisingly rich and full-bodied Californian Chardonnay given the relatively low alcohol for this style and grape from the sunshine state. Rich and mouth-filling with aromas of Meyer lemon, butterscotch, apple and toffee from generous oak aging.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A lovely Chardonnay from this Napa boutique winery, the grapes for this wine come 3 vineyards located in the cooler Southern end of Napa AVA. Fermented in S/S tanks instead of oak preserves the freshness of the fruit and shows restraint compared many California Chard producers. Medium lemon colour with aromas and flavours of apples, lemon, white blossoms, tropical fruit. The length is long with a warming finish. Medium+ acidity. Dry.
Pair with scallops, mussels, fish with lemon.
Tasted: December 2014
A classic Californian white wine made from the Chardonnay grape that doesn't overwhelm but certainly fills the senses. Full-bodied and mouth-filling with lots of attractive tropical tree fruit aromas and flavours. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
