Reviews and Ratings

Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

A good entry level wine from Douro, Portugal. Pale ruby with dusty, red fruit aromas. Light-bodied but has the acidity to match barbeque meats and meats braised in red sauce.
From the Douro wine region, Alma Da Vinha 2017 is a smoky, rich and full-bodied red wine blend produced by Quinta de Caiz Look for ripe black plums, dark berries, cherry and mocha flavours smooth and finishing long on the palate. Great value under $13, kick back and pair it with a meat-lover's pizza. - Community Wine Reviews
