Reviews and Ratings

The house of A. Edmond Audry was founded in 1878. In the early 1950s, the then patriarch, Aristide Boisson, passed away, and so it was decided to shutter the operation. In 1978, under Bernard Boisson, it finally reopened. Today, Audry is referred to as “the best Cognac you have never heard of” (Time Magazine). Their Réserve Spéciale is made with a blend of fine Cognacs ranging in age from 15-30 years. The result is a refined and elegant spirit with aromas and flavours of caramel and black tea. A wonderful after dinner digestif. Source: Vintages Wine Panel

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Eric Asimov, The New York Times

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.

Gary Vaynerchuck, Wine Library TV
