Mouth-watering and zesty with bright, vibrant aromas and flavours of lime, gooseberry, lemon zest and chives. Medium-bodied, no oak. Great aperitif or companion to seafood and salads. This wine is available via restaurants rather than in the LCBO.

The grapes were machine harvested, the juice separated from the skins on arrival to the winery. The skins were pressed and the resulting juice re-blended with the free run juice. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel with various selected yeast strains to enhance the pungent natural aroma. After fermentation the wines were racked off gross lees and allowed to sit on light lees prior to blending and bottling. Fruit for this wine is harvested from various vineyards in order to show a true reflection of Marlborough as a region.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
