Seven Deadly 2018 is produced from sustainably-grown grapes from the Lodi wine region. Love the humidor, black cherry and baking spice aromas on this rich and silky Cab. Pour with roast beef. Drink or hold. OTHER: Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review: Aromas of dark berry, mocha, caramel and smoke. Full bodied, smooth with some dry, medium tannins, plush berry favours and a hint of mocha and vanilla on the finish. Pair with BBQ ribs or marinated beef kebabs. OTHER: A ripe, firm Cabernet Sauvignon with bountiful cassis, black cherry, cedar, vanilla, mocha, earth and clove tones. It has significant grip but balances that with a succulent, approachable character. A wine for steak, grilled root vegetables, or mushroom burgers. This will continue to evolve through 2025+ (Vintages Panel, updated).

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: spaghetti Bolognaise, aged cheddar, grilled lamb loin, grilled duck breast, Italian sausage burgers.

Seven Deadly 2018 is produced from sustainably-grown grapes from the Lodi wine region. A rich and concentrated, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with firm tannins and juicy with cassis, black cherry, earthy loamy and cedar brush spice flavours vibrant on the palate. Tannins are structured. Enjoy it with a well-marbled steak from the grill. Drink or hold. - Community Wine Reviews.
