From the Barossa Valley, 3 Rings 2019 Shiraz is amazing value under $20. Fragrant with ripe dark berry and spiced plum aromas on the nose, dry, full-bodied and juicy on the palate with dark plum compote, dark chocolate, Christmas cake spice balanced with food-friendly acidity. Tannins are grippy. Drink or hold.

Shiraz food pairings: hamburgers, espresso and cocoa-rubbed flank steak, black bean soup, cheese.
