2027 Falls Vineyard 2017 is a single-vineyard Riesling produced by Winemaker Kevin Panagapka. This is a sublimely delicious Niagara Riesling at a virtual winery, meaning he doesn't own the equipment, such as the press and tanks, but rather rents them from another winery. Lots of fresh green apple, white stone fruit and flinty mineral flavours on the palate matched with a brilliant acidity . Pair with smoked salmon or fish tacos.

Riesling food pairings: mild vegetable curries, grilled pork sausages, schnitzels.

From Vinemount Ridge, Niagara Peninsula wine region, 2027 Falls Vineyard 2017 is a single-vineyard Riesling produced by Winemaker Kevin Panagapka. Juicy lime/lemon zesty, off-dry and mouth-watering Riesling to pair with fried calamari and fish and chips. Look for crunchy green apple, white stone fruit and flinty mineral flavours on this fresh white. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
