Chocolate Baileys Tart

Happy Valentines Day!!
This is simple and fast to put together. It only takes around 35 minutes to cook and one hour to cool down in the fridge. If you want to get lucky, this is the dessert you want as foreplay!

2 cups 33% cream
14 oz good chocolate
2 eggs
1 yolk
1/3 cup of cocoa
2 oz booze ; Baileys works well

Boil cream, remove from heat and add chocolate.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs and cocoa – pour chocolate mixture on the eggs while mixing.

Add booze

Pour into the crust of your choice. Oreo Crumb Crust works.

Bake at 325F until cook uniformly – approx; 35 minutes
