Mouton Cadet Réserve Pauillac 2015, Pauillac, Bordeaux, France: Another stunning wine and the flagship bottling for Mouton Cadet, from the exceptional 2015 vintage. This is a full-bodied blend of 58% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc grapes. Aromas of black currant, dark spice, leather and smoke. There's just a hint of mint on the finish that's intriguing. Pair with filet mignon and roast lamb. Decant 1-2 hours. Westcott Lillias Chardonnay 2018, Vinemount Ridge, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: A dry and vibrant, unoaked Chardonnay from the Niagara wine region. Fresh and dry on the palate with crunchy green apple, fresh pear, flinty mineral and lemon zesty flavours on the palate. Finishes clean and long. Pair with seafood.
