White Wine

Simi Chardonnay 2021, Sonoma County, California, United States: Simi 2021 Chardonnay is an elegant and food-friendly Sonoma County Cali Chard. Dry, full-bodied and fresh with tropical fruit, apple, citrus cream, vanilla, baking spice and sweet toasty oak spice flavours with lovely buttery notes fresh and zesty on the palate. Beautifully crafted, chill and enjoy it on its own or with a roast chicken dinner. Grapes were sourced from vineyards in Alexander Valley, Sonoma Valley, Russian River Valley, Dry Creek, and Sonoma Coast. Simi was founded in 1876, and the cellars that were built in 1890 are still in use today. This vintage was awarded Gold at the 2023 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. Red Wine

Angeline Pinot Noir 2022, California, United States: Angeline 2022 Pinot Noir is a lithe and lively PN produced from grapes sourced from California's Central and North coasts. Dry, medium-bodied and earthy with dark cherry, red berry, plum, vanilla and toasty oak spice flavours on the palate, wine grapes were fermented in stainless-steel tank and aged in French oak barrels. Lightly chill and enjoy it with a mushroom risotto. Pinot Noir food pairings: mushroom risotto, lamb kebabs from the grill, veal medallions in a rich, creamy wild mushroom sauce.
