Sparkling Wine

Bailly-Lapierre Brut Crémant De Bourgogne, Burgundy A.C., France: Creamy, toasty and frothy: great aperitif or companion to seafood. Lovely mineral core from this northern Burgundian Chardonnay. Pair with oysters. Crémant De Bourgogne food pairings: oysters, grilled white fish, chicken, pasta with pesto sauce, avocado salad, mussels with a lemon-herb sauce. White Wine

Marchand-Tawse Aligoté 2020, Burgundy A.C., France: Crafted by Pascal Marchand, Marchand-Tawse 2020 Aligoté is produced from sustainably-grown grapes from the Burgundy wine region. A great example of the "other Burgundy white grape" sourced from 50-year-old vines grown in limestone, clay and silty soils. Fragrant with white florals, ripe pear, citrus zest, fine herb and nutty aromas and flavours brilliant on the palate. The wine was aged 11 months in neutral French oak barrels. Aligoté food pairings: grilled whitefish, seafood pot pie, salads topped with grilled shrimp.
