Borthwick Vineyard Paddy Borthwick Sauvignon Blanc 2018, Wairarapa, North Island, New Zealand: Love this Sauvignon Blanc from Wairarapa, North Island, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh and bright on the nose with nettle, lemongrass, melon and stone fruit aromas. Dry, juicy with mouth-watering acidity, this is a light-bodied Sauv Blanc with chive, grapefruit and lemongrass flavours on the palate. Pretty yummy. Pair with a goat cheese and smoke salmon pizza.
