With Valentine's Day around the corner it's mandatory that I talk about which wines are best for seduction (easy: those with high alcohol) as well as which wines to pair with chocolate (difficult: sweet food makes wine taste bitter).

Do not despair lonely hearts: I've got tips for both questions in this newsletter. Cupid's arrow has been dipped in wine.  

In addition to my suggestions for the article in the Star Ledger below, I've included a number of terrific bottles to celebrate Valentine's Day that are available in today's wine picks.
