Greg Hughes rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A beautiful, if not overlooked, part of the Southern Rhone. Beame de Venise focises on two things: beautifully balanced Rhone reds built around Shiraz and Grenache, but also fortified Muscat made by halting fermentation early with grape spirit (raw brandy).
Super pale colour. Vibrant yellow, but with a white rim.
Aromas of pear, orange blossom, lychee, candied lemon, and peach.
Clementine and stone fruit to the taste. Sharp focus on balance of acidity and sweetness. Lipsmacking, but better when not overchilled.
With Muscat vdn, it is important to preserve the freshness as much as possible. By preventing premature oxidation, the aromatics acidity. and fruitiness make a delicious wine to have as a digestif.
Many say it doesn't age well, but I quite enjoy the development of aromatics on this style after half a decade and beyond. Often it changes from tangerine and orange blossom to marmalade or candied citrus peel.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
