Alex & Priya rated this wine as 79/100 with the following review:

Priya: I bet this would be awesome with olives because that's exactly what it smells and tastes like. Salty and briny, too strange for me I think....I'd prefer a bit more fruitiness and ripeness. 82pts.

Alex: A bit more fruitiness? Priya my lady, this is as fruity as she comes! Way too much so for me...sure there is an olivine brininess, with some pepper, baked plum and blackberry pie, but finished with a whack of american oak! You can taste the old vine concentration no problem, but the problem is that there's nothing else there that's real. Over-polished, fair concentration in the mid-palate (but not enough for $60), far too much dominating alcohol, and very low acidity. It's full-bodied and velvety in the mouth, but lacks freshness, complexity and finishes short of the mark at this price. Made for the winemaker's daughter, but clearly not for me. 75 pts

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
