Appearance: Cherry red, light-medium bodied Nose: Lots of fruit flavour, sweet like jello. Palette: Tannic and earthy, I can practically taste the tree roots. On Earth day today, I went with this unique representation of how wine is intricately related to the earth, the soil, the root vines. The bottle mentions cocoa flavours but I only picked this flavour up when paired with a chocolate chip cookie - a delicious pairing I might add!

I love this wine! It's fruity on the nose and you can certainly smell the pineapple. On the palette it is clean and fresh with a full mouth-feel. Fairly rich and super full of flavour. Full blog post at: http://winenotbc.com/2014/03/28/sandhill-pinot-blanc/
