Dianne Weinrib founded DW Communications in 1989 to create a platform for small and medium-sized arts companies to be recognized for their contributions to the community-at-large, to achieve visibility and build audiences for their work. For ten years prior, Dianne worked as the Publicity and Marketing Director for Toronto's Theatre Plus, Toronto Free Theatre and the Canadian Stage Company.

DW Communications has earned the respect and trust of the Toronto performing arts community and has built an extensive network of the country's most influential entertainment media.

DW Communications has collaborated on and launched inaugural seasons of three city-wide Toronto cultural festivals that are now well established in the community: First Night New Year's Eve Festival of the Arts, ASHKENAZ: A Festival of New Yiddish Culture and Doors Open Toronto. Other festivals and events include BuskerFest, and the Dora Mavor Moore Awards.

Clients range from small cutting-edge independent theatre and dance companies such as: Necessary Angel, Alianak Theatre Productions, Go Chicken Go, Kate Alton's Overall Dance, Volcano, and Yvonne Ng's Princess Productions, to established producers and venues such as: Hummingbird Centre for the Performing Arts, Roy Thomson Hall/Massey Hall, Theatre Passe Muraille's, Factory Theatre and Buddies in Bad Times Theatre.

DW Communications offers exceptional value and personalized service and brings its experience to work to help its clients reach their audiences.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Eric Asimov, The New York Times

Unquenchable: A Tipsy Search

  Best Books of the Year

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.

Gary Vaynerchuck, Wine Library TV
